Path to Career Program
As part of PICTI efforts in supporting Palestinian youth, entrepreneurs and technology graduates and enabling them to enter into the job market, Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI) in cooperation with the International Youth Foundation (IYF) have created the Path to Career program. It has been created through the program of “Youth Entrepreneurial Development” (YED) funded by the United States Agency for International Development.
PICTI invites the following to apply for the program:
- Entrepreneurs who have ideas for innovative technological projects and have the ambition to execute and begin their own start-up company.
- Recent graduates who are looking for a career opportunity
PICTI will provide the following:
- A training course that encompasses skill building, including administrative and technical skills and how to develop and run businesses.
- An incubation and acceleration opportunity for innovative projects.
- Providing recent graduates with the ability to enter into the job market.
Conditions of acceptance into the program:
In addition to the technology graduates, PICTI encourages all entrepreneurs from all educational backgrounds, including those with Business Administration, Marketing. Those who have innovative ideas for technological projects are also welcome to enter and have the opportunity to execute their plans.
- Applicants looking for a career opportunity must have a technological degree.
- Applicants must possess high ambition, initiative, and team-spirit.
- The applicant must not exceed 30 years of age.

تعزيزاً لدور الشباب في الريادة التكنولوجية وتمكيناً لهم من الانخراط في سوق العمل، تنفذ الحاضنة الفلسطينية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (بيكتي)، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة الشباب الدولية (IYF)، مشروع "نقطة الإنطلاق" من خلال برنامج "تعزيز الريادة الشبابية – YED" والممول من الوكالة الامريكية للتنمية الدولية، وعليه تدعو بيكتي:
- الرياديين الذين لديهم أفكار لمشاريع تكنولوجية إبداعية يطمحون لتنفيذها وتأسيس شركاتهم الناشئة.
- الخريجين الجدد الذين يبحثون عن فرصة عمل.
إلى التقدم للبرنامج والذي توفر بيكتي من خلاله:
1. برنامج تدريبي يشمل المهارات الادارية والتقنية، بناء القدرات والتدريب على تطوير الأعمال وإدارتها.
2. فرصة الاحتضان وتسريع النجاح للمشاريع المتميزة.
3. تمكين الخريجين الجدد من الانخراط في سوق العمل.
شروط القبول في البرنامج:
- تشجع بيكتي الريايديين والرياديات من كافة التخصصات لا سيما إدارة الأعمال والتسويق بالإضافة للتخصصات التكنولوجية ممن لديهم أفكاراً لمشاريع إبداعية تكنولوجية للالتحاق بالبرنامج لتنفيذها.
- الباحثين عن فرصة عمل فيشترط أن يكون المتقدم خريجاً في أحد التخصصات التكنولوجية.
- الالتزام بالبرنامج التدريبي، الجدية والطموح، روح المبادرة والعمل الجماعي.
- أن لا يكون عمر المتقدم /ة للبرنامج قد تجاوز 30 عاماً.
